REDDING MAN FOUND GUILTY OF
LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS ACTS BY FORCE
The defendant is facing 14 years in state prison for this offense. The defendant must serve 85% of the sentence
before he is eligible for parole.
The case was investigated by John Poletski of the Redding Police
Department and prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Curtis Woods. Deborah Heide of Victim Witness assisted with
the victim involved.
